  1. Job Title: LPN Nurse Care Consultant
  2. Job Description: We are looking for a full-time LPN to work from our office, as well as travel to various locations on the island to visit our clients in their homes. Some of the essential functions of the job include: • Assists with organization of the nursing department. • Assists with overseeing the delivery of care to all clients served by Wilson Homecare. • Assists with review of field staff documentation for appropriateness of care delivery and documentation requirements. • Participates in interviewing, hiring, training employees. • Provides teaching/training to potential new employees. • Perform initial intake consultations for new clientele. • May be requested to do direct client care on an as needed basis. • Perform quarterly or as needed home visits and telephonic consultation with clients. • Assists with appraisal of field staff performance, rewarding and disciplinary actions of field staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced or new grad LPN.   3. Job Requirements: HI state LPN license in good standing CPR First Aid TB clearance Reliable transportation Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance
  4. Compensation: This is a salaried position starting at $40K annually. Added benefits include full insurance package, paid holidays, paid parking, and after one year of service paid time off and 401(k)avalable.
